Albert Mady is an 8th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate and a 4th degree black belt in Kyokushin Karate.  He has 31 years experience and is rated number one breaker in the world by I.S.K.A.  Albert was also instrumental in the development of Olympian Andrew Kooner's boxing career. 

 

Dave Martin fought for the London and Windsor Boxing Clubs and had a very successful career. He then went on to manage professional fighters and promote professional shows in the area.

 

Casey Martin fought for the Border City Boxing Club and the Windsor Boxing Club in the late 1990s.

 

Harry Marshall was an excellent fighter in his time and the Founder of the Windsor Amateur boxing club. The Windsor Boxing club, in Marshal's time, had Jerry McCarthy as a trainer. When Harry retired from the club he left Jerry as the new manager.

 

Jerry McCarthy was one of the most respected boxing people ever out of the Windsor Area.   Jerry loved the sport of Boxing, fighting as a lightweight, then going on to manage the Windsor Boxing Club up to his death in 1993.  Jerry is both loved and missed by all who knew him.

 

Art Mansfield trained Harvey Dubbs at the P.A.L. Boxing Club. Art fought in the United States Navy Heavyweight Class and brought extensive boxing knowledge to the Windsor area.

 

Gino Marcus was the treasurer of the Border City Boxing Club until his death in 1998.

 

James McFarland went by the nickname "Slick" due to his natural craftiness in the ring.  He won the Ontario Championship and defeated the Quebec Champion in a dual meet in 1996.  Slick still enjoys visiting the Border City Club and helping out with young boxers.

 

Frank Montello was one of the Founders of the Border City Boxing Club. Frank was one of the most prominent criminal lawyers to ever practice in the Windsor Area.

Ronnie Morris was a welterweight boxer for Harry Marshall's Windsor Boxing Club and a teacher at St. Clair College.

 

Jimmy Mueller was Canadian National Champion for Harry Marshall at Windsor's P.A.L. Boxing Club.

 

Todd Nadon is one of the finest boxers to come out of the Windsor area.  Todd had a successful amateur career, then went on to capture a World Title in the professional ranks.
